Founded and headquartered in Leeds in 2004, but operating with leading organisations nationally, our vision, mission and values define what we do and how we work.
We are always looking for people who want to use their skills to improve young people’s life chances and use business as a force for good.
Our design-led approach is flexible, creative and dynamic to allow the development of experimental programmes and partnership solutions to address specific societal needs. We operate in a highly dynamic environment that offers unparalleled opportunity to learn, contribute and progress. Our supportive and talented team is our greatest strength. Our structure is flat so every member of our team is a self-starter.
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Alternatively if can’t see anything that is for you but you are interested in joining the Ahead Partnership team, please send your CV with a covering letter to recruitment@aheadpartnership.org.uk. Your cover letter should explain why you are interested in working with us as well as outlining the skills you could bring.
We’re open to applications from all individuals who share our passion for building partnerships with purpose. Whether as a permanent employee, on a freelance basis, or pro bono, we have flexibility built into our organisation and would love to hear from anyone who wants to help further our work.
PERKS + BENEFITS
Our team are empowered to make a difference. As a purpose-led organisation, we celebrate each other’s differences but all share the passion to build partnerships that support social mobility and empower young people.
I’ve been at Ahead Partnership for six years now and have progressed from a Project Associate to Project Manager and now to Programme Manager which means I manage our larger programmes on a national scale. I love the culture at Ahead Partnership as we’re all different but we all share a passion for supporting young people. I feel empowered to take ownership of my work and love that no two days are the same here. One day I could be delivering an event in London, the next I could be at a client meeting in Leeds, or I could be working from home with my dog, Tofu, by my side.
Leonie Matthews, Programme Manager
