As the academic year draws to a close, we are delighted to end the term with the wonderful news that we have won the Gold Award in the socio-economic category at the International CSR Excellence Awards.
Our award entry focused on the impact of our work through our Growing Talent Digital programmes and our green skills youth engagement work. It also emphasised the highly successful relationships that we have with industry and educational partners that enable us to deliver long-term programmes that have greater impact for young people.
Judges looked for entries that identified a clear social benefit and strong evidence of socio-economic impact, and our programmes took the top spot due to the strong evidence of measurable social and economic impact on both students and employers in addition to the potential for future expansion of the programmes.
We are thrilled that our work has been recognised at an international level, and we would like to thank all our partners and volunteers that have supported us to deliver such impactful programmes over the last year.
